The work between trips.

We are planning around-the-clock charging, cleaning, inspection and release, with service windows shaped around the fleet.

Charge

Vehicle-compatible charging to an agreed target. Charging equipment, site power and scheduling are evaluated before launch.

Clean

Cabin reset and exterior care to agreed standards. We plan to document cleaning steps and completion checklists with each operator. Work around cameras or sensors must follow the operator's vehicle-specific procedures.

Inspect

Agreed visual readiness checks and issue reporting, with specialist maintenance referred back to the operator.

Release

Record completed work and hand the vehicle back under the operator's agreed release criteria.

A 24/7 model, shaped around fleet idle windows.

Overnight windows

Longer idle periods can allow charging and more involved cleaning to be scheduled together.

Daytime windows

Shorter stops between demand peaks can support targeted work when the fleet schedule allows.

These are proposed services. Locations, capacity, pricing, staffing and procedures will be agreed before launch.
